The first “e” represents fruits or the products. Commonly known fruits: Apple, orange, berries can be seen as round object with leaves on top of them.

“e” also depicts happy person (side view) enjoying everfresh products - more than 1 person represents family, a group of people enjoy the products together, inspired by the heartwarming tagline of the brand "comfort fruits"
